Change baseline (reference)

You can change baseline (reference or F0) using below methods.

Set baseline (F0) from minimum​

Click and select "Set baseline (F0) from minumum".

It takes the waveform's lowest value over the full time range as the baseline (reference) for each pixel in the image.

Set baseline (F0) from time range​

Click and select "Set baseline (F0) from time range".

The average value over the selected time range is used as the baseline (reference) for each pixel in the image.

Hold down the “Ctrl” key and drag mouse from left to right on waveform to specify time range. A confirmation message will appear. Click "OK" to apply.

Set current frame as baseline (F0)​

Click and select "Set current frame as baseline (F0)".

The value of the currently selected frame is used as reference.

Import baseline (F0)...​

Click to open "Select data" dialog.

The F0 value of the selected data (*.tiff, *.raw) is used as reference.
