Change display mode
The following modes are available for image display.
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| F | Real image |
| F0 | First frame image (baseline/reference) |
| ΔF | Difference from baseline (F - F0) |
| ΔF/F0 (%) | Change relative to baseline (e.g. if F0=100 and signal=105 then 5%) |
| F(x)-F(x+1) | Difference between one frame and the next frame |
| F(x)/F(x+1) | Ratio of one frame and the next frame |
There are two ways to change the display mode.
1. List in the upper left of the image
2. List displayed by clicking the data name on the dataset tree
