Drift removal

Rise/fall (drift) of waveform baseline due to fading of fluorescent dye and change in brightness of light source is corrected.

1. Select "Drift removal" on the "Filter toolbox" screen.
   
   
   
2. Set "Select points automatically", "Numer of points" and "Fitting polynomial dgree". When you change values, waveform after "drift removal" processing is automatically displayed in red.
   
   
3. Click [APPLY].
