How to import tiff files acquired by third-party camera systems

This software can load and analyze 16-bit grayscale tiff files acquired by third-party camera systems.

Supported data format

1. Click "Import" on the main window. Then select your tiff file on the "File Select" dialog.

caution

If the following error message is displayed, converting the data format using the free software "ImageJ" may solve the problem.

Start "ImageJ" and open a tiff file.

Select [Edit]-[Options]-[Input/Output].

Select "Save TIFF and raw in Intel byte order" and click "OK".

Save TIFF file.
