What is BV Workbench?

BV Workbench is data acquisition and analysis software for high-speed fluorescence imaging. The main applications are membrane potential imaging , calcium imaging including GCaMP, and intrinsic signal fluorescence imaging, etc. using brain and heart.

In particular, it has a full range of analysis functions for cardiac imaging data, and can create various maps and output them as high-resolution image files.

In addition to data acquired by Brainvision's high-speed imaging system, 16-bit grayscale data saved from imaging systems of other companies can be read and analyzed.

BV Workbench license is issued for each computer by using a hardware ID created from information unique to an installed computer. Licenses issued for other computers cannot be used. Please contact SciMedia ltd. (inquiry@scimedia.com) for reissuance of license.
