ROI (Polygon)
Draw a polygon
With "Add polygon" selected, click on image and specify polygon. A polygon is completed when start point and end point are specified to be the same.
The specified polygon becomes ROI (Region of Interest) and is used for target range of various data analysis and display range of pseudo color.
The following mouse operations are possible.

Click on image with | Specify shape of polygon. | |
Mouse drag vertex with | Move vertex to change shape of polygon. | |
Mouse drag rectangle with | Move polygon. | |
Right-click | Plot time signal | Displays the average waveform of the pixels within the specified polygon. If you turn on "Rx" under "Signals" in the tree on the left side of the window, the waveform will be displayed. |
Export... | You can export polygon position information to a "rdb" file. A rdb file can be imported by [ROI]-[Import regions...] on the right-click menu. | |
Copy | Copy polygon's location information. You can paste location information at same position by clicking [ROI]-[Paste regions] to another data in the same dataset. | |
Rename | Delete polygon. | |
Delete | Delete polygon. |
