Release Note of BV_Analyzer Ver.0807

Major changes from Ver.0802

1. The additions in analytical functions - Available for MiCAM ULTIMA, MiCAM02, MiCAM01 data

（１−１）Improvement of [Help] function

●File format of [help] in BV_Analizer was changed to '.chm' endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. 'BV_Ana.chm' is for Japanese version and 'BV_Ana_e.chm7 is for English.
　 Keyword search or full-text search with optional words are available in this format.　　

●Double-click the 'chm' file when booting up independently.

●This can be called up from BV_Analyzer when located in the same folder with 'exe' file after downloading. In this case, however, this is always displayed on the front-end. [Help] in Japanese or English version are automatically called up after checking the flag for distinguishing the OS in the first boot.

This can be shown from [Help]-[Help Topics].
In addition, this can be boot up in the following status or can be jumped to the related pages.
　(a) Push [F1] with putting the cursor on the pull-down menu in the main menu.
　(b) Push [F1] with focused on the displayed box in each function, or click [Help] in the displayed box.
　　　([Help] is added in the box which operation seems especially complicated.
　(c) Click the button on tool bar after clicking ([Help]).
　(d) Push [F1] with putting the cursor on the buttons on tool bar.
　(e) Click the space on the tab page after clicking . The manual page for each tab are shown.

（１−２）Reinforcement of [APD] function

●Following APD function box will be displayed from [Analyze]-[Display Window for APD] or [Cardio]-[Display Window for APD]) in the main menu.
　 The function for color display was reinforced.

●Display in monochrome in gray scale is displayed when [Color] is checked off.

●[Open files] is shown by clicking [Load CSV File], and CSV file defines the color table can be loaded.
　 This can be used to draw a map.

（１−３) Improvement of Analog Wave Display

●Selecting the data on the canvas, execute [External Analog Wave Display] on the pop-up menu shown by right clicking so that the external analog wave can be displayed. The gain in this wave can be set up by [Ana] scroll bar in [Gain] in [Control] tab page. This range was changed to 0.1〜20.0／-0.1〜-20.0.

●In this amendment, the full range in Gian=1.0 can be fit in the wave display. Full range means the selected range in [Device] in the detailed setup corresponded to [Set] after checking [Detail] on next to [Ana] scroll bar in [Control].

（１−４）Reinforcement of [Activation map] function

●Following Activation Map can be displayed from [Analyze]-[Disply Window for Activation Map] (or [Cardio]-[Disply Window for Activation Map]）.

●Only the multiples of sampling time can be input in (2)[Interval]. Other time is automatically changed to the closest multiples.

●This set up can be saved in '.set' file with the form of binary by clicking [Setup Save].

●The value can be loaded from the specified 'set.' file by clicking [Setup Load], and be displayed under its conditions.
　The form of '(5)Area' can be also reproduced.
　Note that, however, the conditions in saving are the same below when reproducing;
　 1: [interpolation]&[Image Zoom] in [Image & Wave Appearance Control] in [Control] tab page.
　 2: [Start]&[End] in [Time&Movie Control]

●The basic value of Activation Map can be saved by clicking [CSV Export].
The time(msec) can be output under the specified condition in '(3) Thread' on the whole pixel.(exp. 100x100).
100 column and 100 rows can be output in 100x100 pixel.
'-1' can be output if the pixel does not satisfy the query.
Time to be output is from the start frame, and every msec specified in '(2) Interval'.

（１−５）Reinforcement of [Merge] function for two data

●Following box will be shown by clicking [Analyze]-[Display Window for Merge] in order to merge two data.
　Rotation function is added to adjust the locations of two data. Merge data can be rotated as the angle input in [rotation].

●The added or divided data can be made under the rotation with the specified angle by clicking [Add] or [Division].
The pixel difference outside the overlapped area becomes '0'.

（１−６）Application BMP to background Image

●[BMP import as background image] function is added in the pop up menu shown by right-clicking after selecting data on canvas. Following box will be shown, so select the BMP file by referring [...]. Click [OK] if the displayed BMP file is correct.

(Note 1）Check on [Interpolation] in [Control] tab page when you select the BMP file in different size, so that the size is automatically adjusted.

(Note 2）The background image is used only for image dusplay. The percentage in wave display shows the rate of difference to the blightness of background image, but this does not influence to this display.

●Click [Undo] after executing [BMP import as background image] again in order to cancel the application. The background image will be changed to the basic one.

（１−７）Return [Control] function to Default Setup

●[Return to Default Setup] will be shown by right-clicking [Control] tab page. This makes the setup of [Control] to the default.

（１−１０）Others

●Bug Fix

・Tool bars were changed to double lines.
・The bug of the color bar in Activation Map was fixed.

Additions in Acquisition Function (Available only for MiCAM02)

（２−１）Expansion of [SE] (Short Exposure) function

●[Delay] time and [Interval] time can be input in numerical value when setting up the SE (Short Exposure) in [Acquisition] tab page.
　 Inputtable ranges, however, are 1-240 frm for [Delay] and 1-60000 frm for [Interval].
